Hysterectomy?

I'm 19 and have cervical dysplasia. My gyno told me almost 4 months ago that if in 6 months, the dysplasia get worse and becomes cancer, I would necessitate a hysterectomy. Can someone tell me if nearby are any other options? What are the effects? What is the procedure? Anything you can relay me, please let me know. I would similar to mostly first hand or second mitt experienced knowledge but if you'd resembling to offer me a honest website, that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks.

Heres the piece?

Have you had any other trialling? How long have you have the dysplasia. I am 37 and have have abnormal paps for roughly 17 years. They have range from mildly abnormal to severe high-grade dysplasia. Besides my personal history, I also worked for an OB/GYN for 8 years. I own been told that I probably will enjoy to have a hysterectomy someday, but not right very soon. Look into other treatments first, (colposcopy, LEEP, Cone Biopsy, hysteroscopy, Freezing the cells).

I find it really strange that a doctor would suggest a hysterectomy at 19. Once you have a hysterectomy, to be exact it, you begin menopause. A hysterectomy is the removal of the uterus, so you will not know how to have children. Which is why it's usually used single as a last resort. If your doctor insists this is your with the sole purpose option, I would run, not amble, to get a second inference.

Email me if you have other question, or just want to consult. I've been within and it is a very fearsome place to be!!

Has anybody heard of Anal Bleaching?

I would take a second opinion, if I be you.

Does the emergency room cut off ALL of your clothes, if so why and what situation constitutes this?

I would unquestionably recommend getting a second opinion and even a 3rd and a 4th to be on the secure side.

A hysterectomy is where they purloin out your uterus and sometimes at the same time they pilfer out ovaries (what they call an oophorectomy) and fallopian tubes.

It can impose a woman to be menopausal. It can also cause chutzpah damage for some women because of the nerves that procure cut when organs are removed.

They can deal beside dysplasia thru cryotherapy, cone surgery, LEEP.

Pls get another inference but preferably not from someone in matching office of the dr you use as your gynecologist.

Why is my vaginal nouns in anguish and i have two approaching bumps on the two lips towards the anal nouns its very uncomf

Get a second inference. You should be able to enjoy laser treatment to get rid of the bleak cells. Do not dawdle, make an appointment straight Good luck.

Is this a reaction to lube?

There are several treatment option available for cervical dysplasia. The most common option are:

*Observation. Your doctor will observe the impressive cells to see if they will disappear on their own.
*LEEP. Your doctor will execute the Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure to remove abnormal tissue.
*Cryocautery. Your doctor will freeze the cervix to remove impressive tissue.
*Laser Surgery. Your doctor will perform surgery to vaporize the peculiar tissue. In this procedure, little or no damage occur to surrounding tissue.

Only after going through these options may hysterectomy be suggested, but if he finally have to perform one, i suggest you make conversation with him just about freezing your ovules so in the future you may hold the chance to become a mother by a surrogate mother, possibly.

Girls Only Please?!!?

From what you said your doctor said that the hysterectomy would happen if you done up with cancer. So you are not going to own one unless you develop a life threatning disease. I would hold on to up with your doctor apointments and I would also ask to be referred to a endo, cancer specialist, to see if they consider you will develop cancer. In order for them to reflect on you may have cancer would mingy that they found pre cancerous cells. You necessitate to ask your doctor if this is the case.
