Why is my vaginal area in pain and i have two like bumps on the two lips towards the anal area its very uncomf

I have two bumps toward my anal nouns. I have have unprotected sex with my husband --we've be married for six months-- maybe four times. Now a couple of days after this I begin to feel the difference. And my vagina is leak like a white/cream solution. I've been wearing a wad to help it not attain on my underclothing; it just comes on the wad a little similar to a couple of smears.. What could be wrong.. I also have alil bump by my lip, but i enjoy haad a bumpb like this contained by the past, but not the vaginal bump.. Oh I be a virgin before 6months ago as powerfully so keep that contained by mind.
