Is Procardia safe during pregnancy?

I have be on procardia 10mg. every 4 hours for the last 9 days. I am 32 weeks pregnant. I hold went to the hospital twice surrounded by the last nine year for preterm labor. I started looking up info about procardia and found out it is a class C drug and should simply be used if there is a definate want for it during pregnancy. Has anyone else used procardia during pregnancy or know someone who has? I am starting to go and get worried. I have have all the steroid treatments for my toddler 7 days ago. Is the risk higher to stay on the meds or to enjoy him. They said he will be fine if I have him immediately, they are just buying for a while time. Procardia or have him at 33 weeks?

If the procardia was ordered by a doctor, he prominently feels it is totally required. Stay on it! Babies born on time do far better than those born precipitate and are at a much lower risk for problems that can develop after birth: ADD, ADHD, respiratory issues (including constant pneumonia and asthma), learning disabilities, etc.

I hold known women who own taken procardia and their babies were fine. Allow the doctors to buy your infant some time. The time for your baby is vital. Even though he would be fine if you have him very soon, he would be at greater risk for things to develop in his early years. He will be far better bad if born closer to his real due date which is why the doctors want to buy him extra time.
