I had cancer in the order of 4 years ago and had a hysterectomy. Can the cancer come posterior and what are the sighns after a hysterectomy?

Just examine for the unusual abnormal bleeding/pain and if you become suspicious again budge and have an ultrasound done to see if near is any abnormal growth.
