I have really desperate period cramps and wnat to know if its commonplace. My flow is heavy, I capture headaches, and it of late really HURTS! My sister's are actually worse. She cries approaching she's being tortured to annihilation. Any help to releive our agony?

I feel your spasm - literally. I am like your sister when I grasp my period. I've even have it so bad a few times, I have to call into work. There are some option you can take, you should probably speak near your gynocologist. If you know when you're going to get your spell, starting taking ibuprofen 2 days PRIOR to your period, later continue taking it through your term. You can also talk to your doctor around going on the birth control pill, which can help relieve the intensity of your period. Good luck to you!

Be live. You probably don't feel similar to doing anything physical, but a nice walk would probably give a hand with the cramps. Try taking medication too.since meds are had it try the doc..i am sure they can help..my mom used to hold the same item ,

Personally I've never had such [problems next to my periods but I focus you should see a doctor as I doubt if there is anything you could do on your own.What could be wrong near me other then human being pregnant?
I was resembling that during my teen years, I would prop my feet up beneath a pillow, take lots of midol and long hot showers. If that doesn't work budge see your doctor and they can put you on medicine.Having problems beside vaginal pain, hurts to enjoy intercourse more than once in a day.?

try to put heat bags on your stomach exact heat help.i am not sure if this is normal but until you attain to the doctor .i would use a heating wad and if you have any stomach-ache meds.you need to be in motion to the doctor and let them know whats going on cuz this might be a sign of something else. i dont indicate to scare you. but its best to be past the worst then sorry

I'm so sorry, fellow sufferer. I don't know how antediluvian you are, I'm 43, but when I was around 18, I have to have a D and C. Two of them. It and going on the pills seem to regulate it --- don't know if the lining of the uterus is...I don't know, but it worked. Please see if you can bring Naproxen, that helps too. Backrubs and heat pads! Hope you grain better.
