There is no cutoff as to when a woman can conceive and donate birth. The only cutoff would be menopause. The risk is for the fetus and usually not the mother. The uncertainty of congenital defects increases near the mother's age. A 35 year old woman have a 1 in 250 prospect of giving birth to an infant with congenital irregularity (a.k.a Down's Syndrome or mental retardation). And the risk increases exponential after 35 years of age. I have see 14 year old mothers and 50 year elderly mothers. The greatest concern for mothers is availability of good strength care and worthy nutrient, which shouldn't be a problem in the US.

How do women that are approaching 40 lose belly stout? Aside from the obvious?

I conjecture the magic age in a minute is around 35-38. Supposedly, your risks increase after age 35.

There are frequent women.( I know a few personally) that are having babies over the age of 40. If you are healthly and underneath a doctors care near is no reason not to enjoy a baby. I'm sure in that is a reasonable age cut rotten. One of my best friend's is pregnant at the age of 44. My 4th child was born when I be 37. I am now 41.we may be planning a further. :)
