I really want to lose 45 pounds by my birthday (october 31st) cuz its my 16th birthday and I really want to look good.. I'm over weightiness yes. Lets just enunciate 45 pounds is 5 pounds less than what I should lose.. economically anyway, I'm wondering if theres anything I can do without crazy diet plans, pills and over the top excersise programes. Please comfort and no silly answers please..
