How can I stop my hair from falling out so much?

I'm only 17 and my spine falls out more than I believe it should. When I was younger, I have very sticky hair, and I would love to hold it back. If anyone have any tips, please let me know. Thank you severely much for your time.

Can you get baptized when your extent is on?

You should discuss this with your doctor. Hair loss can be from a quantity of things. One cause could be anemia (low iron levels) due to poor nutrition. Teenagers are more prone to anemia due to their growing bodies. Also if you're a lacto-vegetarian, it's harder to get sufficient amounts of heme iron which is far-reaching for hair growth. Your best strategy is to see a doctor, enjoy a complete blood test done (to interview for anemia, etc.), and eat a on the edge diet which includes lean red meat 2-3 times a week (heme iron), fresh vegetables (B-vitamins) and fruit.
