On the pill and have unprotected sex?

I have been on the pill for five months. I own never missed one and anyway we had unprotected sex for the first time on Wednesday.
My tummy has be very uncomfortable. Not hurting a short time ago a slight pain and Wednesday night i have diarrhea so i know pregnancy symptoms don't show that early do they and i can't remember if i had this backache before that i very okay probably did and i am just scaring myself thinking it be pregnancy.

My tummy feels bloated so it could be due to gas?
When i exercise i can't feel it because i am not thinking almost it so do you think its just a mental item?

Answers:    You should be fine as long as you are taking the pill you shouldn't be pregnant
But just to trade name sure see a doctor

If you have been taking your pill correctly afterwards it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant but since you had diarrhoea next you should take extra precautions for the rest of the month.
