Threw my back out when I be in my teens (40 now) one false move and boom my wager on goes, cannot shovel snow, this torment now that I enjoy as I write this was due to putting down a bowl of sea to a cat, went to bend up..ouch!! very soon I can barely move in need looking like I am an 80 year out-of-date woman, when I exercise it hurts even more.what to do?I do have that orb at the bottom of my back only just above my buttocks-looks weird have that for awhile please help !
