You shouldn't be so concerned about your slim friends. Despite what the medium says, skinny is not reall "contained by." How could it be in when everyone have a different body type? I am tall, and I own a large bone structure. For 170 pounds, I can still have a feeling my hip bones. You should concentrate on your beautiful self, because your body is special. Treat it all right by eating okay (meaning curb the junk) and your body will follow. Exercising 4-5 days a week for an hour or more will get you fear and looking great, and crunches will slim your tummy to perfection.
But remember, it takes time. The longer it take to lose the weight, the longer it will stay past its sell-by date.
really?? from your weight it doesn't nouns like you'd be a size 14.seem like you'd be an 8-10 Eat small full-bodied snacks every hour instead of the usual three big meals a sunshine and make sure you chomp through about 1200 calories by the shutting of the day.If you do that your metabolism will speed up and next you should start running.If you do that you should start dropping fat resembling crazy.
