First I would recommend a brand new gynecologist. Then I would stop using tampons all the time, They will dry you out and grounds other problems, use panty liners or pad. Also switching medicines around can exact interactions that would or could be detrimental to your well one

First of adjectives you are supposed to have discharge, this is your vaginas style of cleaning itself out from dirt and excess bacteria or yeast, this is also here in instruct to protect the delicate mucus membrane inside your vagina (like inside your trunk, mouth and eyes).
Your discharge will change at different times of the month as your hormones effect the functions of your vagina; you will also own different fluids coming from your vagina as well such as cervical mucus that comes roughly speaking before ovulation that help sperm reach the egg within order to conceive, and lubrication when you are aroused.

Some gynaecologists are uneducated, now you did not speak what your symptoms are or whether or not tests hold been done to see what the problem is, if in that even is a problem – it may be an idea to win a second opinion.

If it is a yeast infection most adjectives symptoms are excessive discharge, often cottage-cheese close to discharge, bad smell and itching – not everyone have all these symptoms when they hold a yeast infection. You would not have have a yeast infection from the age of 7, it is biological impossible, this would have cause considerable health problems if it have been going on for this long – you don't mention your age, but I am assuming you are far elder than 7 years old in a minute.
You may have reoccurring yeast infections, where case medication is not going to solve the problem, it would be a sign of something else, regularly constant yeast infections are a sign of diabetes because the extra glucose in the blood makes its style into bodily fluids and yeast love sugar so multiply out of control when the sugar within your discharge increases, other problems such as bad yeast and bacterial level in the vagina or even in the gut could also be to blame.

Tampons should not be worn when you are not menstruating, essentially tampons particularly commercial tampons such as Tampax are drastically harmful for your vaginal condition no matter what time you wear them. Tampons prevent your vagina from cleaning itself out by absorbing discharge made to flush out anything unpromising from your vagina and keeping anything bad from your vagina inside your vagina for a length of time. Because tampons are pores and your vagina is a moist heat up environment naturally jam-packed with germs and yeast this means that yeast and germs can grow out of control as tampons administer them the perfect place to multiply, furthering the problem by cause vaginal splitting by drying out the vagina walls and allowing bacteria and yeast to enter the splits. Commercial tampons are treated near chemicals and bleach that not only pose a risk because the mucus membrane within your vagina can more easily hold your attention these chemicals into your body than your skin can, but also pose a risk to vaginal PH – your vagina has an bitter PH, if something effects your vaginal PH this in turn will effect the whole vaginal environment allowing for 'desperate' bacteria and yeast to grow widespread. Menstrual cups or sanitary pad are far in good health as well as option that you can wear when not on your period.

There are a few things that can make happen yeast and bacterial infections, most common;

oTampons and commercial pad – see reasons above.

oWashing next to soap, your vagina is self-cleaning and as such all it ever requirements is to be washed next to plain water and a wipe next to your hand while bathing or showering. Soap or anything chemical such as bubble bath, feminine wipe, feminine washes, talc, shower gel, body spray, deodorant, perfume, douches, etc. will interfere next to vaginal PH, this in turn causes infections.

oHygiene, you should save yourself clean ideally showering or bathing at lowest possible once a day. You should also variety sure that when you go to the toilet you do not wipe yourself from spinal column to front as this can drag bacteria from around your anus into the vagina and vulva cause infections.

oClothing, tight clothing restricts the flow of air to the vagina and vulva, this is also true of synthetics and things such as thongs, this mode the vulva is kept warm and moist making it the foolproof place for yeast to multiply. Some washing powders can also wreak problems.

I will also say a details here that discharge is normal and respectable, you may think you enjoy a lot of discharge when contained by fact you own a perfectly common amount for you, as long as it does not smell or have an unusual texture, which would be a sign of infection, after you are healthy. If it is excessive consequently you can use pantiliners – cloth are best as they do not contain chemicals and allow air to get hold of to the vulva so less probable to cause infections than commercial liner – but try to avoid this as much as possible and address the problem because if you do have an infection you want to see if there is a lead to as well as treat it.
