I think you should be worrying nearly things in life that are more celebrated than your boobs to impress other people. As an 18 year hoary you should worry more or less college, your health, and your own flesh and blood. Don't get so cut up on the vanidy of this country, thank god that you alive, strong, and not missing an arm, thats worse than boobs.

Cleavage is usually and always the product of D, DD and larger breasts. You man a size 18 (full figured) it is usually expected or most full figures do hold D and larger. I can understand that you are a bit retiring about yours.
