well if you wear a tampon to bed does it bleed through? because for the first time yesterday i blead through my tampon at night! so very soon im wearing a pad but it is uncoftorable for me. anyone deal beside the same thing? any warning??

Answers:    I personally think it's safer to use a wad overnight - a large one. Eight hours or more is a very long time to enjoy a tampon in, and it can be a risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome. .
I know what you mean when you read aloud pads are uncomfortable.

However, during the first few days when your flow is usually heavier--you may requirement to wear a maxi-pad to bed to prevent any further
breakthrough bleeding.

Wear underpants that you don't care about. Also, you may want to wear the Super strength tampon. Tampons in a minute come in assorted sizes in 1 box.

My first two days I stipulation Super and then I go to the surrounding substance.

Right before you go to bed, put surrounded by a new tampon. Try different pads to see which one is the most comfortable for you.

I also wear a smaller wipe during the first 2 days of my period during the day. It is a LOT more embarrasing to seepage while you are in public..
I typically will wear just a tampon, unless my length is really heavy then I'll wear a wipe too. I HATE regular pads, any brand, any size, any length. No matter if I own the long thin overnight with wing or the big diaper-like overnight with wings, I other leak. Plus I always go and get a rash from them. So I switched to Glad Rags. You might think they are really gross because they are cloth and reusable, but they are the best article I have ever used. They are super, super soft and really absorbent. I never escape when I wear one without a tampon, even if I wear it at night. They might come across a bit expensive, but think about how much you spend on regular pad in the long run. Plus they are so much better on the environment.
Ok I'll get stale my high horse here, but I just know that like mad of girls struggle with this time of the month and pads and tampons can only just leave you feeling worse (at tiniest they did for me). Glad Rags have really helped me be aware of better during my period, as weird as that sounds, and I freshly think women need to explore adjectives their options instead of just accepting what highest companies decide is best for us. I normally wear pad to bed simply because I like to change my tampon ever 2-3 hours and when sleeping I can't do that because I sleep 9 hours.

I similar to Kotex pads. They make ones surrounded by a cute pink and white tie up bag, they pads hold wings and are comfortable. They're also a thicker material (but not a thicker pad) so they don't bunch up approaching Always pads do. I never leak next to them. I rarely leak near tampons though since I am a freak about changing them so regularly.
.
I wear the same pads at hours of darkness that I use during the day (always regular thickness). I have used the Kotex Overnights up to that time when my period is extra heavy, and those enjoy worked well. I just wear a twosome of panties to bed that are extra snug, and they hold my pad in place. It really help with the bunching that can happen at dark with pads. I used to wear pad to bed but they were so messy and I felt yucky within the morning. So I started to use tampons and I've bled through a few times.I don't wear anything anymore only because my period benevolent of stops at night.

What size do you use? You may just requirement to move up to the next size. Just be careful you don't forget it's surrounded by there or that you don't leave it surrounded by for more than 8 hours, you don't want TSS! ..
omg i hate tampons. im terrefied that they will get stuck contained by you!! i always wear pads. if its discomfited for you start wearing pads often so you win used to it. if you still cant then wear a tampon and put alot of old cloth lower than your behind when you go to bed. so that path it wont stain your sheets. Wear a tampon and a pad. It's probably better to wear an 'overnight' or extra long pad because later it will provide complete protection. Don't worry, it's not unusual or abnormal to bleed through a tampon..
I used to wear maxi pad, but I found them uncomfortable and messy.
I now use a tampon, and also a pantyliner to arrest any overflow. In order to prevent TSS, wear pads. You may touch more comfortable in tampons; however, your health is the most influential thing!.
im scared of wearing a tampon =D so i wear jumbo maxi dark pads (i get really large ones...!) How do you wear tampons at night, unless you like wake up up everyone four hours to change them?

I wear pads, those really big ones than are adjectives cushion-y when you sit down. Haha..
Wear both! You can also get a heavier duty tampon, or stick two tampons in. Good luck! I can`t stand tampons, they always hurt coming out. I never bled through a tampon though, because I don't really bleed overnight when I'm on my period. if you're bleeding that much at dark then just use a wipe..
well for me i wear pads to bed.
but they do take VERY messy at nite cos when i wake up i habe blood on the inside of my legs, ECT...so ya not very pretty hah lol buy over darkness pads if you wear a tampon to long you could get a disease or infection.
they've get like overnight pads. use those. i've never worn a tampon up to that time but i've heard that it can be dangerous to wear a tampon for a long time. you should wear pad cause you could get a disease if you hold your tampon in to long.
big pads next to wings. I wear pads to bed..
i wear pad at night but sometimes still leak through i wear tampons
i set my alarm so i know when to fine-tuning it.
