ok so i have asked so many question on tampons... ok so i was finally able to push the tampon applicator surrounded by so that my fingers touched the opening of my vagina lk they are supposed to, but then when i start to use my thumb to push contained by the narrow end of applicator...i must strained of something, because the applicator starts to come out. what can i do not to tense up???? any advise???

Okay start out next to using a small size, regular.
Try this:

-place one leg on the toilet so one is elevated
-place the tampon in, holding it with you middle finger and thumb.
(it will look resembling you are making a 'D' in sign language.)
-When you enjoy it in, push it toward your back
-then next to your index finger push the applicator in
