Running help period?


Running gave me a heavier period, but same length, but I merely ran a couple days before it started... close to everyday for maybe 5 days before it started. Now, I'm running everyday earlier it starts, for the whole month. Will it be lighter now?

its different for everybody. a moment ago because you run doesn't mean that you're all of a sudden going to own a lighter period. you have to be a long time runner, and be terribly athletic. however, mind stopped all together for the whole four months i be in cross country. and then it started nearly two weeks after i stopped. just dont go out and over exercise purely because you want lighter periods. theres other things you can do to make it lighter. ask you're doctor. I don`t know get a birth control. it sometimes makes period shorter and less heavy.

depends, on your body fat. I run everyday sometimes twice a day and my length went away i want it back bt the doctor said is is immaculately normal. It is a good possibly u will skip a few spell or they will get lighter : )
