You don't really need slack in the belt to lift yourself out of the seat an inch.

i use a menstrual cup (divacup), but i'm betting that if your friend doesnt want to wear tampons she probably doesn't want to wear a menstrual cup. (it goes right where a tampon go, but collects the blood in a cup instead of blocking the flow of clots and failing to absorb them and its really comfy once you attain used to putting it in and taking it out, but it takes awhile to find used to) I'm not sure that there's any other alternative. i'm sorry i wish i could help more.
If your'e within a pool you have to wear tampons.. the pad would probably attain all soggy in her bathing suit and any fall off (because the sticky stuff is wet) or will be pretty noticeable under her suit. If she's afraid of trying tampons for the first time probably suggest trying to put in a regular size one first.. it's scarier than it is! Read the instruction leaflet and she'll get hold of the hang of it. It's either that or she'll probably own to sit on the sidelines and miss out on all the fun.

I don't know if she wants a soggy wet wipe everytime she goes on the water rides and going to devolution after. It would be a waste of time/pads/money, etc. If she DOES NOT want to wear a tampon, then I guess you should bring up to date her to stay away from the water rides or she might get ashamed. =]Help!! unless she wants to feel similar to she is wearing a saggy diaper from the water rides then no ... sorry honey shes going to hold to either give up sea rides or change her pad every time that she get off the ride ...which wouldnt be a good hypothesis and also a waste of pads and money ..since she doesnt want to wear a tamponShe is not swimming , so permit her wear pads. Just have her adapt them when she gets wet. No problem . Dont be a Tampon pusher :P

Not really.I can think of only two possible things to take into custody the flow during a period, and you've covered both of them. Her only other possibility is to meander around unprotected and hope for the best, but that might prove to be extremely embarrassing.
