Really flushed...have need of comments...?

So yesterday we were in statistics class (66 females no males, its a nursing programme) and my friend asked me for a piece of tissue to wipe something bad her desk,so I went into my pouch.I had two sanitary napkins surrounded by it and tissue.I took out the tissue to give piece but I didn't realise that one of the pads fell out,previously I could notice my statistics teacher walk over and picked it up and gave it to me.( I was sitting surrounded by the first row) not many person realised but I am so flushed.What would you have done? comments appreciated.
