i know "how" theoretically to put a tampon in, but whenever i try it get in a little bit and i cant find it in further. and it HURTS. real desperate. so i stop and get all frustrated.
so my cross-examine is like where exactly within the vagina do u put it ? is it the hole that if u spread the lips apart its kinda hidden? appreciation for your answers, please be mature!!
Answers: Your vaginal opening is the farthest away thing towards your butt when you open the vaginal orifice. It's okay to feel around and figure out your parts down nearby. It you can put your finger in it, it's the right hole.
Tampons are a great option. Pads purely don't work with a bikini.
Spread the lips, point the tip of the tampon at your lower rear (right above your hips). Take a deep breath, exhale, and gently slide it within.
For starters, it's best to use the smallest size tampon you've got (those super sized ones can be a bit tougher to get in) near an applicator.
If you still can't get it in in that and it's hurting you, you might have to see a doctor. Some women have unusually tight or small vaginas and may not be able to use tampons.
firstly, if you get playtex tampons the instructions contained by the inside of the box are great. first find a comfy position like squatting or just standing near legs appart with knees bent slightly. Then hold onto the ribbed part of the applicator and insert it into your vaginal channel untill your fingers touch your body. Use your other hand to push the tampon into your body and out of the applicator. The most important entry is to relax your vaginal muscles. Also when inserting the tampon point it at a 45 degree angle, or toward your lower back. NOT straight up. If it is within far enough then you should not really be aware of it. :)
Have you read the instructions? I unsuccessfully tried for a year to put a tampon in and could never do it correctly. I read the directions once, so finally I read them again and turns out I'd misunderstood them. After reading the instructions I finally understood.
And yes, you're inserting the tampon surrounded by the right place.

I had the same problem when i be your age! I felt really silly once i did learn tho...Instead of putting the applicator inside of me, i solitary placed the tip at the opening and it only get about half road up there and it did HURT! i know what you mean !! So, lately make sure that you are getting the applicator in right. I have a problem when I tried using them for the first time. The main thing you want to do is RELAX. If you are too nervous, your muscles will tighten up and make it difficult to insert. Make sure your flow is filling enough to ensure it will glide surrounded by better. If you are not familiar with your body, use a mirror to assistance.There is only the one spot for it. I'm 21 and still have never used a tampon, cuz I barely get over the fear of how to use one, but I still dont care for them really.
But I do know, don't put them strait up, you stipulation to put them in at slightly an angle. And if you are a virgin, that could be your problem too, it is gonna hurt when you put it in if you are a virgin, even if you are putting it surrounded by right. You either deal next to the pain, or wait till after you are no longer a virgin, (but DO NOT rush that either). And really, you can't see your wad from behind (have you ever seen anyone elses)-but if you are still concerned, use wasted pads and change them repeatedly. And just look in the mirror at your butt, consequently you can see if you really do see it.
Also, it might help to put one leg up on the toilet when you put the tampon it, this will open your vagina a touch bit. And relax, cuz that will help it too.
