Pain within lower belly?

Hi, I am 18 years old, and last year I have surgery to remove my gall bladder because it was functioning at 4% (I own a family history of bad nerve bladders). Anyway... at that point I had some pain contained by the lower right portion of my abdomen, so I had some test done to see if I needed my appendix out too. My appendix turned out fine but the results said that I have a small cyst on my right ovary, but it wasn't something to worry almost. So now, I am experiencing a sharp pain surrounded by that same spot, and it intensifies when I turn around to get something or stand up quickly. Can anyone make clear to me what this may be? Can it be appendicitis even though that was fine a year ago or could it have something to do near the ovarian cyst? Sorry this question was so long.

Answers:    hi ,i am 23yrs infirm and 2 years ago i had gallstones and had my gallbladder removed also.when i be 16 i had a 10cm cyst on my left ovary,it worn out they ovary because it ruptured so they had to take the cyst, ovary and Fallopian tube.very soon every year on a nd off i get cyst that come and shift on my right ovary.the doctor said every women gets a cyst on her ovary every month, some go away similar to it's suppose to and some stays.that's why when they are not that big,he drains them out with birth control pills.now of late 2 months ago i started getting the pain again and come to find out i have fibroid fundamental my ovary.so i think you need to find that checked out with and CAT SCAN..only process to get diagnosed properly.
good luck,hope you perceive better.
I would say most likely its a cyst because they will come and be in motion. I get them as well. They will hurt for a while consequently most likely burst but if you keep have continuous pain for a long time I would see a doctor as it could be your appendix. yes its very possible that it is your appendix. purely cuz a year ago it was fine doesn't mean that it will never mess next to you.

but i would say it is more likely that it is the cyst cuz its within the same spot and you already know you have that problem.

what ever it is you should see your doctor right away. cuz it could be your appendix contained by which case you would need it removed suddenly.
it could be your cyst which they may say is ok to leave alone and the cramp will go away eventually or your cyst may have ruptured or (exploded) contained by which case you may need to hold surgery or medication for it immediately.

so don't put it off telephone your doctor.

PS. "BRITNEY" DOESN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT IF THE CYST BURSTS I CAN BE VERY BAD. SO YOU REALLY NEED TO GET TO THE DOCTOR INCASE THAT HAS HAPPENED SO THEY CAN MAKE SURE NOTHING HAPPENS TO YOU.
