I don't know for sure that this is the justification but... When your having sex all the blood rushes to you genitals, so it would brand sense that your extremities would lose enough blood to tingle. Especially if you were focusing on orgasming. A lot of those hold their breath when they are close to finishing because it makes the orgasm more intense. Being choked does the same piece but also keeps blood from getting to your brain, instead the blood goes to your genitals, making you orgasm faster.

If you weren't moving your hand or arms much, or they were lifted up, adjectives the blood in them could have drained out and cause the tingling. You should be fine, but if this continues you may want to see a doctor as you could have circulatory problems. If the rush of blood to your brain and genitals and brain leaves your hands that low on the blood count you may be anemic (have a low blood-cell count). Again though, you shouldn't be worried at adjectives.
