Of course it is safe to exercise when your on your period. In reality, light exercise has be known to relieve some of the pain cause by cramps. The only thing that you enjoy to worry about while exercising is leak. If you wear pads then you want to be careful that they do not leak. This can be done by wearing spandex shorts underneath your exercise gear to keep the pad surrounded by place. Yeah it is fine.. approaching i run 2 miles 2 times a week and sometimes those days are when i have my period and it is without a flaw safe.. it will not harm or hurt ur body surrounded by any way:)
