Answers: Walking is a good exercise during pregnancy. And don't forget to do your Kegel's everyday.
If you're not sure what Kegel's exercises are, they involve strengthening the vaginal muscles. Look them up if you need more details. Do them everyday and you'll hold a much easier time pushing that baby out.
