I use them all the time and they work really well. You can find them contained by the razor aisle of any CVS or other drug store. They come in pack of 8 or so and are about three inches long.

If you want to be completely hairless near, get a good cut-throat and some sensitive skin shave gel, let the hair soak any in the shower or in a tub so it gets soft and is easier to shave, and then shave approaching you normally would.
