How can I lose a few pounds?

Ok first off..I know I am not fat, and I am not anorexic.

I am 18, I am 4'9'' and I weightiness about 98 pounds. I am usually around 94 lbs...so I recently gain a few pounds which I want to lose before prom.

Do you think that simply doing crunches everyday could clear a difference? Muscle is heavier than fat..so I don't know if it would help. At most minuscule it would flatten up the tiny pooch.

I eat pretty well...but I don't ever devour breakfast...do you think that make be paid me more healthy if I did?

1) muscle IS heavier than fat, but so what? who care what the numbers say, as long as you look good and touch good and are healthy?! Your purpose in life should not be to stay at a correct number, but to attain and stay at a certain level of fitness. So yea, don't look at it as a weight-loss program, see it as a start to a clean healthy lifestyle.

2) crunches will not make a difference. You cannot target the stout you want to lose. Just because you work the muscles in around your midriff, doesn't mean the freight you lose first is going to be from your midriff. Crunches will, however, firm up your abs and make you stronger. The only road you can lose the "pooch" is to burn it off with honest cardio exercise. Ps-that muscle you build will help you burn it, too! But the best thing is, if nought else, simply take a brisk walk/run every day from immediately until your prom. or break out your old jumprope and bicycle. At least a mile or two. the momentous thing is to get your heartrate up! That will be much more beneficial contained by your fat-burning program than any crunch you can do. .

3) watch your diet. You should be able to lose those four pounds pretty efficiently, just cut out all sodas and sweets from immediately until prom, and after that only in moderation. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits and exceedingly little processed foods. Don't add extra salt to anything, saline retains water. And while this might seem to be conflicting information, you also want to drink plenty of river so your body won't feel dehydrated and start storing the wet it has.

4) YES EAT BREAKFAST! that will make cause you more healthy. the reason is because you're body have not taken any nutrients in since your last feast (supper), and then you're starving it for something resembling 15 hours straight without food. So you're going to be lacking get-up-and-go and go into "shut-down" mode, and your body is going to start storing extra fat so it can maintain going through the 15 hours. And also, when you do finally "break fast" your body is so hungry you tend to eat way more than you would usually, so nearby again, extra calories. yea, eat breakfast. It isn't hard to do, lately get some yogurt cups, and a slice of bread, or an egg and juice or something. Or receive yourself an extra dinner and put it in a tupperware and eat that for breakfast. Just don't skip it!

Well there would be no reason for you to lose counterweight if you feel that you're not fat. However if you want to workout to stay fit and able-bodied I would do some aerobic workouts and do some jogging. If you're trying to gain mass or muscle I would consider using weights such as dumbbells. If you want to tighten those abs do alot of sit-ups. Also eat foods that are in good health and stay away from soda and junk food.

Crunches won't back. They only work when backed up by some flawless cardio such as walking or runnning or jumping rope or swimming. I suggest you walk a touch then do crunches and your results will be much better. You can buy Fiber Sure fiber pills with immensity control and it is fiber which is good for you and it helps stop cravings. Good luck! Have fun at prom! =)

P.S. Yes, I deduce you would be healthier if you are breakfast because it would balance out your meal more. Just eat a big beakfast and keep lunch and dinner small.

Keep at the crunches! Try going for a run in the morning. If you're going to skip a collation skip dinner not breakfast. You burn more calories in the morning than at night!

i do not eat breakfast either. if i be you i would just go jog for 30 minutes a day. it will really help you bring more toned.

Eat breakfast every morning like berry porage. Dont eat any second-hand goods food after dinner. Instead eat some fruit, and if you see that your losing wait you can give some suger on the fruit! lol
