I have PMDD, I be diagnosed with it at the age of 16 and presently it my late 20's is the first time I own started trying to treat it. I was prescribed Yaz birth control and prozac(to give somebody a lift two weeks prior to my period) Has anyone tried either of these methods? Any other tips for PMDD?
