Girls.Period cramps?

Mine are never continuous. Sometimes I have none at adjectives, and other times they're so bad I can't hike. Yesterday I got my interval, and walking through my house I suddenly got so dizzy that I could just about get to my room in need passing out, and my cramps be so painful I have to lie contained by bed for the longest time.

I'm only 15, but I've have my period since I be twelve. Is this normal, and but for what can I do about it?

Is it everyday?.?

Usually exercise can relief the cramps, save try Motrin, if the cramps are still so severe I would contact a doctor, they can suggest or maybe even prescribe something that will assist.

Any tricks of the trade.?

THAT IT IS WHY BOYS ARE BETTER

What can I do to help lessen the mood swings and depression?

Hun i.e. completely normal. Every girl is different however. Your body is shifting and is having to adjust to adjectives these different things. The older you find, the better it will. Try tylenol, midol, or pamprin. They are really helpful next to cramps, moodiness, bloating, etc. Except tylenol it only help the cramps. Try exercising also, it helps minimize the bloating and cramps for me. Try not to stress more or less it cause it with the sole purpose makes things work. hope everything works out

Women lone please.?

use MIDOL!

Can you carry emergency contaception (morning after pill) without a prescription contained by the UK?

you can relieve cramps by excercising, taking advil or a hot shower. if they are that severe the best thing is to jump to the doc so he/she can prescribe you with something that in fact works.

For severe cramping, your doctor might recommend low-dose oral contraceptives to prevent ovulation, which may reduce the production of prostaglandins and and so the severity of your cramps.

You can try a number of self-care strategies to stifle the discomfort of primary dysmenorrhea. Once the pain begin, soaking in a hot bath or using a heat pad on your belly may ease your cramps. You can also get some lifestyle changes to modernize your overall health and possibly grow less the severity of your cramps. Try these tips:

Exercise regularly. Exercise results in an increased release of endorphins, your body's crude painkillers.
Get adequate rest. Your body may be smaller amount vulnerable to agony when you're well rested.
