Depressed?

Lots of people have be telling me that I am depressed and I'm wondering if it is true. I have really despised myself recently and gained counterweight. I don't have a primary doctor so I'm not really sure what to do or who to turn to. Any suggestions?

Here are ten things to ask yourself if you feel you may be depressed
1.Notice if you pinch part in one of your hobbies that you generally enjoy, and you can't enjoy it.

2.See if you are catastrophic, or have a lump in your throat or stomach most of the sunshine.

3.Check to notice if your appetite has changed only just or your sleep habits have changed just now.

4.Recognize if you are drinking more than you used to, watching TV more, or playing computer games to get away.

5.Do people continually convey to "cheer up", or to "stop being a grouch" or have feel like you do not want to have to accord with the burden of life or that everything you do is wrong.

6.Be aware of wanting to be alone, and to not see or speak to someone to be precise close to you.

7.You stop talking to your best freind.

8.You dont act one and the same

9.You feel like crying adjectives the time and cant seem to cheer up

10.You feel as though dying would be better than living
