Bad cramps!...alot of backache!?


ok so about 7 months ago its resembling my period go crazy..i have other been middle-of-the-road, every 28 days and little or no cramps, but i began have alot of pain starting point a few days before my extent and lasting throughout. my bleeding be much heavier and was paralyzed near pain throughout my tummy and back. after a few months it get worse and i began vomiting from distress and every period since i own diarrhea for days at the start of my period. i hold made an appointment to see a dr but the waiting list is long for gyno's surrounded by my town so its gonna be another 2 weeks and i have my spell now...any hypothesis of what could be causing this dismal pain and lower symptoms?...
any input is appreciated, the monthly problems are affecting my whole energy, for a week or so i cant function, i even had to budge home from work and i hate disappearing work or calling in sick.

Answers:    birth control will abet, but as you are waiting try putting an ice pack on your tummy. keep it in attendance as long as you can stand it and apply pressure with it. an ace heating pad helps near the pressure. see if that doesnt help
Try birth control, help me. This happened to me in the past. I read in my "untaught remedies" book that taking vitamin B-Complex with extra Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid would back and WOW did it help! Also, stay away from brackish, pork, and eggs. Not only do they net you stink but they make inflammation (cramps) worse. That be advise from my grandma that really help. I don't know what your diet is normally close to but about a week up to that time your period really stay away from adjectives junk food. I know you want a cheeseburger next to extra cheese but try just consumption a piece of cheese that doesn't have artificial coloring surrounded by it. The harder the cheese the better. Drink a ton of water, stay away from too much sugar as ably. If you want something sweet (and I know you will!) eat something that have real sugar (not bleached white sugar, and not "glorious fructose syrup"). If you like ginger(I don't intuitively, but lots of people do), try some crystallized ginger pieces. This will contribute you sugar you want and the ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory! I know adjectives of these things helped me, and I hope they help out you. Feel better!!
