How can i lose 50 pounds by May ??
Answers: i'm trying to loose about 25-30, i don't guzzle past 7 pm, i manufacture sure to drink water, no nippy food, no sodas/tea, drink juice sparingly cus it have alot of sugar, do some sort of work out at least 30-45 minutes day by day even if it is just a brisk hike. so how much you loose in a month, and later adjust your meals and workouts appropriately. i've lost about 15 or so surrounded by the past couple months but simply eliminating unwanted items food and sodas and taking care of myself when it comes to lunchtime time. me and my son have both benifited by a more structured collation plan and exercise routine. i walk to the park near him in the mornings later he rides his bike and i walk beside him in the afternoons. little things close to that can make a big difference when loosing cargo. you'll figure out how to win those 30-45 minutes of exercise in your on a daily basis routine. but if you are looking for quick results and massively minimal changes to your lifestyle i sugest aerobics/step aerobics... i did that 3 times a week and be looking good, later again that was in the past i got pregnant and have free time to take the classes.
