I'm 29 and never used a tampon previously ( women only)?

I'm about 175 and entail tips on using on. I know it say instruction on the box. But i would similar to to get a female's opion on it.

I tend too bleed alot.what can i use?

Answers:    use a correctly small tampon first, and relax. if you are tense or tentative, your muscles tend to contract and it will be harder to insert the tampon. the first time i tried, it did hurt slightly when inserting, but after a few times it's so easy. i tend to sit on the toilet while inserting and angle the tampon towards your spinal column rather than straight up. if call for be, move the tampon in a circular motion to grasp used to where it is supposed to be placed. sympathetically push it up as far as it will go and you shouldn't be capable of feel it. if you can quality it, push it a little further - there's nowhere for it to step except in one direction!
i use lilets tampax because they are small and apt quality. moral luck, it may take a few attempts to know how to use them properly. x
youve never used a tampon? wow.. anyways.. basically the instructions on the box are what you do.. not really any other information i can supply you. if u bleed alot use sport tampon with extra protection that should facilitate
I would start out with the slimmest tampon I could fine. There are tampons for teens, that you can find at the drug store, Rite Aid, Walgreens, what ever is contained by your area. But I would try that first, try somewhat vaseline on the tip only, and try to relax when you insert it. I focus the best way is while you are sitting on the pot. ok so i outstandingly suggest the playtex sport tampons. you dont even feel it. i dont know if youve see the commercials but what they say is true. and if youve ever even tried to put a tampon surrounded by, and it wouldnt go, it be probably because you were nervous, just remember to try and relax.
oh i thought i be the only one! i am 20 but i've never used a tampon any! i dunno but for some reason they create me really uncomfortable.. You should use super tampons. And if you bleed greatly. You can also use a pantie liner with it. For simply in casing you leak thru the tampon.
It's not knotty, you just have need of to get used to it. Get a box of the mixed sizes, since I'm sure you don't own a heavy flow the entire time. Start on a daytime where you know you won't be out of the house outstandingly much in suitcase you didn't put it in right (and trust me, you will know when you don't!!). Tampons are easiest to use next to a heavier flow. You can either stay seated and insert, or stand slightly to better angle your paw to your vaginal canal. It may filch some time to get used to it, but you'll be happier! Try a variety of sizes with panty liner until you find what works best for you. Good luck, I don't use anything else!
