Question about labia?

I basically answered a this type of question for you. It doesn't issue if you weigh 98 or 198, anybody can get cramps. Age, largeness nor weight have anything to do with it. read the answers to your other quiz. I think you will find it long-suffering.

Does anybody know website for menopause doctor just told me within first stage hot flushes etc?

I don't think it would be a significant factor. People of adjectives sizes get bleak period cramps. But if you regard as it is caused by something more serious than simple period, then freight either channel might be an aggravating factor or similar symptom (for example somebody with PCOS might go and get bad cramps and also be overweight).

Irregular Period or what?

You are too wasted for your age and height. I'm not sure to be precise the reason why your cramps are discouraging though. After your period is over, do tummy flattening and tummy stretching exercises everyday for at most minuscule 5 minutes. This should lessen your cramps during your next term.

Avoid caffeine (Colas and Mountain Dew are full of caffeine) and junk food. Eat solitary healthy foods.

correct Luck.

Size does not matter. Blood sugar might. Fat empire are more likely to own blood sugar issues than skinny people, but skinny inhabitants can have blood sugar issues too.

Cramps can be subdivision of the normal time of year cycle. Estrogen fades as you bring back ready to start a interval. Estrogen helps maintain insulin under control. Insulin, thus, can walk wild. The purpose of insulin is to unstop the "cell's mouths" to let food and hose down in. Thus, right until that time your period, insulin is illogically tucking food and water contained by cells, cause bloating and weight gain. If insulin take too much "food" out of the blood stream, the muscles may not get plenty and can signal this by cramping.

This "lack of food" (blood glucose) is moderately responsible for the emotional swings women can experience and other symptoms of PMS.
