Slight cramping and breast tenderness?

I'm on Ortho Tricyclen Lo for over 4 years. I usually never miss any pills. I have my length more or less 6 days ago. For the recent past few days I've be attitude slight cramping in my really lower abdominal region and the sides of my breasts are fundamentally sore. I usually don't hold cramping or breast discomfort after my time. Do you consider I should pocket a pregnancy check or something? I'm merely really not sure what is cause this. The cramps are outstandingly enormously wishy-washy and scarcely noticable at adjectives. Any concept on what the issue is? I've never have any reproductive issues and adjectives my paps own be fine. Plus, I'm simply 21.
