One of my friends told me that playing any sport would make your period lighter. Is this true?

Werll it will help the blood flow.
It's honest to get physicall activiy during mensteration,
It will give support to the blood flow more smoothly,
reduce cramps,
and cut back fatuige.
And overall it will help you mensteration to running out quicker.
Either way, it never hurts to take some activity

How cloying a period is depends on the human being. I don't think it have anything to do with exercise, although it may do for athletes, or relations that do really excessive exercise.

I doubt that severely much, everybody's different. Perhaps the pill would make it lighter if you suffer sweet periods. Discuss it beside a practice nurse or your GP.dont think so..i played sports contained by high university and nothing changed
not necessarily. i've always have really awful heavy period but playing sports makes it slightly lighter some days. i reflect on being helpful makes your body slow down that process somewhat! ;) best of luck
I have hear that before the more you exercise and use your stomach muscles the smaller number cramping you will have. I'm not sure if its 100% true but it worked for my daughter.
