Please help, I've asked my mom but she isn't sure..?

I've get this small lump surrounded by my underarm that I notice while shaving today.. it's small, sore to the touch, and hurts next to intensely little pressure, resembling my shirt brushing against it will lead to spasm.

It's not a cut, or anything, doesn't look red and I can't find it by a short time ago looking at the skin. Does anyone know what this could be? It doesn't resemble an ingrown spine, but I could be wrong.. and they don't surface resembling this.

More specifically a sore lump beneath the skin that you can perceive it if you run your finger over it, and it doesn't look similar to an ingrown coat, close to I've said, at lowest, not the ingrown hair I've see back.. it have no signs beside the spasm and small, peaish shaped lump.

Please serve me if you can, I'm awfully worried.

Oh and if age is a factor, I'm 16 and relitivly clean. Slim, and not obese if those would do anything any, no recent bulk gain at adjectives.

It's most probably merely an infected tresses follicle - which is usually cause by shaving, commonly contained by the wrong direction. when i be 18 i have a lump right surrounded by the crease underneath my arm. and it hurt genuine fruitless. the doctor said it be a cyst, possibly from an ingrown coat. i be told to put hot(moist) compresses on it to bring it to a organizer. eventually it come to a chief and broke plain, similar to a actual big zit. kinda gross, impressively sore, but non-hazardous. however, just your doctor can answer you near any determination. it's other best to be nontoxic and obtain it checked out. honourable luck.
