How big is a cyst that is 36 x 36 mn?

I in recent times have an ultrasound done, and the technician said i hold a cyst on my not here ovary, 36 by 36 mn. She wouldn't discuss it beside me, said i should cooperate to my doctor roughly it. I enjoy an appointment to see my gynecologist subsequent week, and i'm not sure I can continue that long to know what's going on. Can anyone support?

That is relatively big and different doctors enjoy different opinion on this. I have a 4.6 x 4.5cm cyst on my departed ovary 5 months ago and they put me on the birth control pill and wait 6 weeks up to that time have another ultrasound to see whether the cyst would rupture/dissolve. My cyst done up rupturing. Usually they will with the sole purpose make surgery to remove the cyst if it's bigger than 5-6cm and is cause like mad of dull pain. They may remove a smaller cyst such as the size one you own, depending on your symptoms and the distress you might be experiencing.

The best mode to know and to answer adjectives your question for sure is to discuss this near your gyneacologist subsequent week. He/she will know how to inform you how you are going to treat it or whether or not you may necessitate to own it drained/removed by surgery (laparoscopy).
