How to loose stubborn c-section belly pouch?


i run for 45 mins a time and put away a low calorie, fighting fit diet, i put away little carbs as i am hypoglycemic( i can;t spell and it;s late) i munch through like mad of fruits and vegitables, but i gain 20 lbs after loosing 30 by giving birth, but nil budges, i don;t want a sudden fix but is within anything else i can do.

I would do sit ups...I love doing them and do 200 a daytime...It seem to preserve my tummy flat and toned...Even my own mother is green...lol...but it works..Pace yourself...but try 200 a time...
