Answers: First you will be weighed and measured, give a urine taste, and answer alot of questions about your sexual history and common health. You will be taken into a room and asked to undress and put a gown on. Most but not all doctors switch on with a breast exam, to feel for lumps or anything unusual. You will falsehood down on the table and be asked to scoot your bottom all the way to the terminate of it. Foot rests (called stirrups) stick out of the end of the table for you to put your feet into. This allows your legs to intrinsically fall open for the doc to do the exam. An instrument call a speculum (it looks like a ducks bill) will be inserted into your vagina, then be open. The doctor will swab your cervix with a large Q-tip or a stick beside a small brush on the end of it. The speculum will be removed. Then the doctor will insert one or two fingers inside of your vagina while pressing down on your lower abdomen, this help them feel your uterus and ovaries for anything abnormal. It is over extremely quickly. Two important things to remember: If you are a virgin, ask them for a small sized speculum up to that time they begin. Also when they are inserting it, remember to relax! If you tense up it will be complex for them to get it in, and you will be making it hurt.

Take a shower that year so you are clean. They will first ask you questions similar to if your periods are regular, are you sexually active, do you own any health questions, etc. Answer honestly and ask them anything you are wondering roughly speaking. Then they will have you wear a hospital gown and will weigh you and take your blood pressure. Next you will lay on an examining table and they will quality your breasts, stomach, and privates to make sure everything is healthy. Then they will insert a long, light instrument in your vagina to get a taste of tissue for a lab test. This feels strange, but won't hurt. Then, they may put on a sterile (clean) glove and put their fingers or hand inside your vagina to check if everything inside is healthy. (Won't hurt, merely might feel weird.)
Overall, a bit awkward, but nought painful or horrible. some people will detail you horror stories. It really isn't as bad as people trade name it out to be. It might feel a little bit invasive because that nouns is "private", but any good doctor will do everything in his or her power to build you feel comfortable. make sure to ask any question you have, not matter how mortifying. you might want to think to yourself if you have any so you will remember them when you are next to your doctor..
Just know that they're there to help you out & they know what they're doing.
I'm sure they'll be tremendously comforting and let you know every step..
The only throbbing I've ever had was some cramping after my pelvic exams..
Otherwise it's quality of awkward but you get used to it.
& don't worry- They've seen it adjectives.
