i enjoy a really calorific flow and usually use maxi pad but i don't want them to culmination out from lower than my leotard. so i be wondering, should i use tampons? because i be afraid it wouldn't be absorbant enough

Yes, you should. They're remarkably discomfited, but they should work for you. Pads are more comfortable, but they put you at risk of leak onto your pant.

You could other use a more spongy tampon. That's what I do when it's a "heavy" hours of daylight but I can't wear pad. Just don't embezzle out a tampon and replace it beside another in a jiffy. Switch from tampons to pad and final again. You don't want to procure TSS (toxic shock syndrome)!

regular absorbency tampons are usually fine to use for a couple of hours on a filling flow. much better than pad if you're going to be flipping around on polls and beam lol.

As it comes to tampons, they come in different absorbancies so you could other choose one of a better absorbancies. If you never used tampons since, I suggest you start by trying a regular absorbancy one because your vagina might not be used to it. After 4 hours, if it leak or if it's completely sopping wet, use a high absorbancy.

Also, you can other step to the bathroom and vary your tampon during training. That's what I used to do because I have a 4 hour training and I lived kinda far from where on earth it be, so from the time I woke up and put the tampon surrounded by to the third hour, it would sometimes escape. Oh and variety sure you wear a pantiliner or a small (wingless if you're not wearing shorts) wad for backup, only contained by shield.
