I have super tiny dark red dots between my hip and thigh area is it something i should be concerned about?

This morning I get out of the shower and notice in the order of 25 or so little threatening red dots between my hip and thigh. They are around as small as the closing of a toothpick and they're sorta clustered together. It does'nt hurt but is it something to dance to the doctors for? gratefulness for your time

It could be a shave reckless. Or not trying to freak you out but it could be genital wart (form of HPV). They appear as tiny dots typically clustered together, can be pink, red or flesh colored. tiny or big and appear anywhere in the genital nouns. But this can lone surface if you are not a virgin. If it doesn't budge away within a week, I would cause an appt. I hold a form of HPV to be precise pre-cancerous, so it's zilch to fool around next to! Good luck! =)
