Do ya'll normally notice that you've started your period when you wake up?
A majority of the time I realize I've started when i get up up. So if I'm not on my interval tomorrow in the past i walk off, should I be okay for the rest of the morning?

Thats what happen to me too, in the past i move about to bed I own for a time spotting and consequently I obtain my time of year contained by the morning, but your spell could come at any time so basically be prepared.
Not necessarily. Sometimes I will start my spell during the darkness and will identify it when I stir up, but other times, I'll start my extent during the mid-day or after that. To be sheltered, I'd suggest you wear a wad during the afternoon.
