I was around 11 when they started growing, but they simply did slightly. It's as though they started, then stopped for 4 years.

I wouldn't verbs about your development unless you're 16+ and haven't begin growing AT ALL. I know a girl who's 19 and has only merely started properly growing, so just give it time. Your body will develop when it's arranged to, and not necessarily in tune with everyone else's..

i'm a 38 D presently and i'm 15 its funny tho cuz my mom had 4 kids to get her size that big but we're opposites when she be around my age now she had nil but i do so its weird to her to see me have breast ok..almost year before period started [11 yrs]
and afterwards kept growing steady after period [13]
and now at [16yrs] they are slowing down...but since im on the birth control pill, they hold increased a little bit in size. 32b [16yrs].
