How is fetal stress measured?

How, and when is it measured? (I be wondering roughly speaking during birth, but also thought it might be measured beforehand). And -- what would they hold to standard it surrounded by the impulsive '80's? And, finally --anything coming out around that time that be investigational?
Answers:

WOMEN ONLY please?

it is measured by the fetal heartrate and if it have pooed or not the merely difference is in a minute we own machiens and contained by the 80s they used stethiscopes.

What is hyperplasia?

it depends on the heart rate of the fetus. between 140-180 is some where on earth where on earth it is ok. any better or lower i would be concerned next to.
