No period for 4 months, and I know I'm not pregnant?

My tubes are tied, so pregnancy isn't the issue. My extent used to be somewhat unpredictable, but for the end couple years, it's be right on programme, until 4 month ago. I own no anguish, no anything and ultimately, no interval. I'm 33 years infirm. I don't miss it at adjectives! But I am wondering why I haven't gotten it. Anyone have a possible assumption? I'm not due to see the gynecologist for my twelve-monthly exam for another 3-4 months from in a minute.
