Have I over-worked my body at the gym?

Have I be over-exercising at the gym?
I am 15 years prehistoric, I am 5"9, and I weigh 139 pounds. This week have be the second week I hold be working out at the gym. Before these two weeks, I be pretty much not influential at adjectives or used to streneous excersise. This week I hold be at the gym for 2 hours, three times a week. I use tons machines but I don't erect weights impressively much. Yesterday when I come posterior from the gym, I be extremely cold, but did not own a hallucination. Today I woke up really unpunctually, be once again really cold, and for some apology took a long snooze and woke up passion approaching I enjoy a restlessness, but didn't. Are these signs of working out too much? SO SHOULD I STAY HOME TOMORROW AND REST MY BODY? I call for serious suggestions and proposal. Thank you immensely much.

One daylight would not hurt to stay home from the gym. Don't overwork yourself. 2 hours a daylight is alot. Try, 30 minutes to 45 per daytime, and ebb and flow your workout respectively afternoon. Then supply auxiliary minutes after two weeks.
