Question for anyone who's had the ESSURE procedure done?
I have the essure done on Thurs. I be told I would hold rather spotting for a couple weeks, but I've have cumbersome bleeding since instantly after, after calling the DR I'm assuming it's because I opt to give somebody a lift BC pills instead of getting the DEPO shot close to they needed me to. The DR also give me antibiotics and said to hold them for 5 days, what I'm wondering is what exactally are the antibiotics for? I cannot bear the ones they give me, they fashion me sick, should I send for and ask for different ones or is it really that far-reaching that I enjoy them? Has anyone else experienced this brand of bleeding or any infection or anything after have this done?

The anti-biotics are to stave rotten infection. The clincher here, is you're more promising to be sterile faster if you gain an infection. So, if you can't whip them, I wouldn't verbs almost it too much. It's quality of bizarre, though, since my doctor give me anti-biotics by injection. Anyway, I have my Essure procedure done on Monday and so far, I've have amazingly little bleeding and lately mild cramping. If you're bleeding a great deal, I'd nickname the doctor to produce sure your uterus wasn't perforate or anything approaching that. There shouldn't be fundamentally much blood, since within's no incisions for this type of procedure.
I've never have the procedure done, but I would stir pay for to the doctor and report to them whats taking place and see if at hand are any alternatives for the antibiotics that you can pinch, and if nearby is another form of contraception that you can do, if you really don't want to procure the shot.
I own not have the procedure done, but hold researched it because I be going to hold it done. (Got Mirena IUD instead) More consequently credible the bleeding is from the pill and yes you stipulation the antibiotics because going up through the cervix could hold introduce microbes up within. Please send for your Dr and enjoy them certainly answer your question for your own peace of mind!
Hi, I have Essure done fund contained by 12/04. Heavy bleeding is unequivocally something to look into, though I really doubt that it would be from the bc pills.
The antibiotics are more than promising one used prophylactically... within other words, the doctor prescribed them of late surrounded by defence of infection. You should tolerate them know that you're sick on the ones you be given and you'll be prescribed another gentle.
You really needn't be on the pill or the shot, I wasn't. My husband and I used condoms until the HSG was done three months latter.
I have an ablation done at one and the same time as the Essure, so my bleeding be a bit heavier than freshly spotting/bleeding after Essure. I hope that your bleeding taper down within the subsequent few days. If it doesn't, consequently another drop by to the gyn would be reasonable, contained by my judgment. I desire you very well.
