I am having lower abdominal pain?

3 weeks i took a pregnancy experiment it stated i wasn't pregnancy, a week after that i started bleeding go to the E.R. I be told I'm purely have irregular period. Now 3 weeks after that I'm have lower abdominal cramp and it's non stop what could this be?

It may merely be "mittelschmerz"-- ovulation torment. I hold it every time I ovulate. It feel resembling a pinching sting surrounded by my hip. It could also be endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, etc. So, if it continues for more than a daytime or two, or if you develop a frenzy, diarrhea, vomiting, or dizziness, stir to the dr in half a shake.
