Small pea sized cyst within Labia Minora?
I first notice it while shaving in the bath. I tried squeezing on it and some pus, and white stuff come out, but not much.
I've had it for a few days, and went to the free clinic.
Doc confirmed it be a cyst and recommended hot compress, which I've been doing but there seem to be no change.
Has anyone else had this up to that time?
What causes these and what should I do?
btw: I'm a virgin, so don't say it's an STD.

I take them every now and then. They are call Bartholin's glands cysts. Bartholin glands produce a some of the lubrication for the labia and occasionally one will get blocked and swell up and hurt sometimes. There is nothing to do for them unless they gain really big and need to be drained or if they become infected then you requirement antibiotics. Warm soaks in the tub or warm compresses will sustain and it should go away in a week or so.Sounds close to a cyst..I personally think you should procure it checked out..REASON..personally speaking.I waited thinking it would run away.they told me the same thing at Planned Parenthood to put a hot compress on it..soak surrounded by the bath tub etc...well I wait a couple of days and it went from pea size to ping pong ball size it hurt soooo much i couldnt sit or lay down for a long term of time...I had to go to the ER and headdress it lanced...felt relieved right away.I suggest you progress back to the DR and have it checked out again if it is self-conscious to you.
