I've been really down lately. In the span of two weeks, I lose my grandfather and my great grandmother. I be very close beside my grandfather and was even holding his paw when he died.

I'm having 'daddy issues' and hes other telling those i stare at myself in the mirror, but i one and only do it because I dislike what I see. I find I've had a big appetite lately and I absolutly hatred it. I'm using diet pills and I've been majorly adjectives back onm ingestion and exercising more frequently.

How can I speed up my weight loss, suppress my appetite and cheer myself up?

Losing a family appendage is terribly hurtful. My Dad died August of 2003 and my little Sister disappeared Sept of 2004. Enjoy their memories. Healing comes in varying degrees for different relatives but will never completely go away. I exercise too. My routine is to workout at least 5 times per week and do so for at lowest one hour each time. It's a thing of building muscle or toning. Muscle burns more calories than fat.

Snack on decent foods and that will curb your appetite. But it's imperative that you eat athletic. The body you're building now is the one you'll hold to live with for the rest of your natural life.

So treat yourself good. Accept yourself for what you are. GOD does not construct junk so HE created a tour de force in you, freshly as in everyone else. It's our "free will" which get us in trouble.

u cant expect some miracle pill or anything to help u acquire back into shape with alacrity. it requires a PROCESS. your body has to tuning, you have to transfer.

you know the source of why u have eat poorly lately. so this problem should correct itself.

however if you are still greiving, you will continue to guzzle poorly and continue to gain solidity.

so you must first change the behavior i.e. causing the unwanted effect! which is your intake.

i am not going to censure you. this is not the time or place for that! and it wouldn't help.

you haven't done anything wrong. you of late temporarly due to circumstances have made some choices within life that cause an effect you don't like.

correct it by varying the thoughts causing the behavior. next eat the food that will not do this to you, and do the things that will save you there resembling exercise.
