Bleeding beside mirena IUD after 1 week?
Answers: It is normal. Your body is adjust to have it inserted within your uterus, and adjusting to the hormones. I have tons of spotting for the first 6 months. It does settle in and is very well worth the few months of aggravation. I have have Mirena for over a year now and exceptionally pleased with my declaration to get it.
They voice IUD's can cause more cramping or a heavier time of year...It might be your body adjusting to the hormones contained by the IUD, or a reaction. It's not middle-of-the-road for something to be in the uterus and the body cannot return with rid of it. I would see the doc as soon as your fed up next to these symptoms...
